Nineteen American high school volleyball athletes and coaches from our partner United Kidz Sports Development (UKSD) visited SHI sreemangal office. The team observed international mother language day with SHI players. Played traditional games, wheelchair basketball and visited nearby tea garden together.

Last October, four of our female volleyball players, athletes with disabilities, and coaches traveled to Boston for a 10-day sports exchange. The U.S. Embassy provides engaging opportunities for American and Bangladeshi youth through two-way exchange programs that harness the power of sports, music, visual and performing arts, and cooking to advance tolerance, foster cross-cultural connections, build leadership, and inspire social change.
